Job title: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -

Part-time Pay:
$50 per hour ASAP ABA, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled BCBA to support children and families through in-person ABA services in the Temecula Valley and North San Diego County. Join a clinician-led team that values individualized care, collaboration, and meaningful progress in children's everyday lives. What you'll do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Supervise, train, and provide practical feedback to behavior technicians Coach caregivers on strategies they can use in daily routines Review client data and adjust treatment based on progress Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation What we're looking for Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience providing ABA services to children and families Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills A collaborative, compassionate approach to caregiver support Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client service locations in the assigned area This is a part-time, in-person position . Scheduling and case assignments depend on client needs, clinician availability, and geographic fit. Why work for

This position begins part-time, with an opportunity to move into a full-time role based on demonstrated reliability, clinical performance, client needs, and available hours. Eligible full-time employees may receive health benefits after 90 days, paid time off, and paid holidays. Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment assistance may also be available for eligible positions after one year of employment.
