What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home and community settings Create engaging learning opportunities through play and naturally occurring interactions Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate and timely information regarding client progress Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members to support meaningful outcomes Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Foster positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with children and families Uphold all ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards What Families Need From Us The families we serve are balancing work, school, appointments, and the everyday responsibilities of raising children. To make therapy accessible and effective, services often occur when children and caregivers are available to fully participate. Because of this, our team members provide services across a variety of times, including daytime, after-school, and weekend hours. We ask our full-time RBTs to maintain availability that includes: A combination of daytime and after-school hours Regular availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Consistent scheduling that supports continuity of care for children and families Our goal is to build schedules thoughtfully, with careful consideration of both family needs and employee wellbeing. Service Area & Travel We provide services throughout Monterey County and thoughtfully assign cases based on geographic location whenever possible. Team members should expect local travel between client locations. Paid drive time is provided between client sessions in accordance with company policy. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications:

Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB, or ability to transfer certification prior to start date Current CPR/BLS certification High school diploma or equivalent Valid California driver's license Current automobile insurance Reliable transportation Ability to travel within assigned service areas throughout Monterey County Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to actively engage in play-based therapy sessions with young children Ability to pass all required criminal background screenings and employment verification processes

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Experience in education, childcare, healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields Experience providing early intervention services Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, behavior analysis, or a related field Our Commitment to Safety & Professionalism Because our team works directly with children and families in home and community environments, all employees must maintain active professional credentials, reliable transportation, and successfully complete required background screening.
