Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Recent experience providing behavioral services in a school environment Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, staff, and families Commitment to ethical standards as outlined by the BACB Ability to work the entirety of the contract assignment: 8/3/26 through 5/26/27 Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

What Youll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop clear, actionable intervention plans Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families on student needs and program implementation Supervise and provide ongoing support to classroom staff delivering individualized behavior plans Offer training sessions and guidance on best practices in ABA and positive behavior supports Keep accurate records and ongoing documentation to demonstrate student progress Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and data reviews Foster a safe, supportive, and effective environment for student growth Discover a unique chance to leverage your expertise and passion for positive behavioral change in a collaborative school community.
