Key Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience working in schools is highly preferred Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments and data analysis Exceptional communication and organizational skills Compassionate, professional approach to collaborating with staff, students, and families Ability to adapt strategies to meet a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for K-12 students Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and support staff Monitor and analyze data to guide ongoing student interventions Offer training and resources for staff to ensure effective implementation of plans Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in behavioral supports Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with school policies and ethical guidelines Set your schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and experience steady, rewarding work alongside passionate professionals.
