Competitive hourly pay based on experience About the Opportunity ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Morgan Hill, California. This position offers 32.5 hours per week and provides the opportunity to work directly with students while receiving supervision and support from the district. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavior strategies. Provide 1:1 and small-group student support as assigned. Collect and document behavioral data to track student progress. Assist students with behavioral, social, communication, and academic goals. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and district supervisors. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Bilingual candidates preferred. Previous school-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with students with varying behavioral and developmental needs.
