Ro Health is hiring for a qualified BT/RBT to provide support for the After School Program in the Mountain View area! In this role, you'll provide meaningful behavioral support to students in afterschool programs, using principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to help them thrive. You'll work with elementary and middle school students, offering guidance and encouragement as they participate in fun, hands-on activities like games, arts and crafts, and group projects. Whether you're helping one student stay focused during a creative activity or supporting a few kids through their daily routines, your presence will make a real impact. Prior experience working with students with special needs, either one-on-one or in small groups, is very valuable and beneficial for this role. 1:1 Support Assignments In this position, you'll provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student during afterschool hours, helping them stay engaged as they participate in structured activities. Your key responsibilities include promoting interaction, offering redirection when needed, and minimizing distractions. You'll play an important role in guiding the student to stay on task and work toward their behavioral and academic goals in a supportive, afternoon-based environment. General Support Assignments As a general support provider during afterschool hours, you'll be assigned to a specific teacher or program, offering assistance wherever it's most needed. With general support assignments, every afternoon is different and you may work with multiple students throughout the day. Flexibility and responsiveness to the classroom teacher's direction are essential in this position.

Responsibilities:
Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity Calm, clear, and concise communication with students and adults Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
