Job Description

Hope Speech and Language Therapy is hiring diligent, enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in home and community settings. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time (30+ hours/week) positions throughout the Inland Empire.
The RBT will:
Deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy in center, home, or community with continued guidance and education from our team of supervisors HOPE provides new RBT's with a unique extensive paid training so they can deliver effective, applied behavioral analysis (ABA) treatment Teach children with autism how to talk, play, make friends, and function independently, while reducing any inappropriate behaviors Participate in our Parent Support Programs to train and guide our families on behavioral strategies to help their child Follow the behavioral program and collecting behavioral data on a company approved technology device Collaborate and engage with supervisor and fellow RBT's in clinical team meetings to report and strategize on the client's progress Requirements -
Entry Level:
Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License and Proof of auto insurance liability coverage when applicable. A clear 10-year criminal federal, state, and county background check, state and national sex offender registry search, and
