Behavior Technicians (In-Home & Clinic-Based) Make a meaningful impact—support children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training! Pay & Schedule $19.25-$23.00 per hour Part-time role Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings Basic Requirements High School Diploma + one of the following: At least one completed college course Currently enrolled in college Associate's or Bachelor's degree Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius) Passion for working with children (experience preferred) Bilingual skills are a plus Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children What You'll Do Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!) Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child Why Join
