Two full-time positions are available, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Youll become an essential part of a dedicated team serving Yuba County. Candidates should be prepared to work with students with Level 3 and Level 4 autismthis is a very intense caseload requiring steadfast commitment and compassion. Qualifications & Experience:

Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required Prior experience supporting children or adolescents with Level 3 and Level 4 autism is highly desired Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles in a school setting Ability to remain composed and effective when managing behavioral crises and high-intensity cases Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers, school staff, and families Background check and compliance with all relevant school district requirements

Key Responsibilities:
