Position Overview We're looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology, sociology, or a related field and want to impact an underserved population, this is an ideal role. As a BT, you'll: Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work. Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.
What You'll Need Education :
High school diploma required.Language :
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.Certification :
RBT certification is a plus but not required.Skills :
Effective time management, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow.Licensing & Transportation :
Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.Travel :
Ability and willingness to travel within the community for sessions.Background :
Willingness to complete a background check.What We Offer Pay :
$20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.Mileage Reimbursement :
$0.62 per mile for travel.Tools :
