We are looking for BCBAs who: Have a passion for the field of ABA Are invested in providing individualized, high-quality treatment Strive to expand their knowledge of ABA, Autism, and creating individualized programs Value working in a collaborative, supportive environment What sets us apart: Ongoing supervisor training for BCBAs and Assistant Clinical Supervisors on various topics (e.g., working effectively with parents/other professionals, programming, leadership skills, writing goals/reports, advanced programming, etc.) Open and efficient communication with Behavior Technicians (BTs), Assistant Clinical Supervisors, and Directors via monthly coffee check-ins Extensive initial and ongoing training for our BTs, allowing BCBAs to focus on progressing goals during overlaps instead of teaching basic ABA techniques
Compensation :
$78,000 to $85,000
Location:
We are looking for a BCBA in our Orange Region to serve the following areas: Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, La Habra, North Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Orange, La Mirada, Brea.

Supportive company culture Frequent check-ins with Clinical Directors Monthly training on supervision topics (programming, report writing, staff management/training) Reimbursement for CEU courses Company laptop Competitive salary and benefits package, including: 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Referral program Responsibilities Provide supervision for BTs in the home, school, and community Collaborate effectively with other service providers Write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and ongoing treatment plans Meet with BTs monthly for check-ins Lead clinic meetings at clients' homes Conduct parent training sessions to address individualized goals Provide initial and ongoing training to BTs Create individualized treatment plans for each child Analyze data and frequently modify intervention plans as needed Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings Skills & Qualifications BCBA Certification Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Minimum 2 years of supervision experience (e.g., program design, behavior management, parent training, staff training/management) Extensive knowledge of ABA principles and strategies (e.g., DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior) Experience conducting assessments (e.g., FBAs, Vineland, etc.) Experience writing treatment plans (initial reports, updates, etc.) Willingness to drive to clients' homes in Orange County Valid Driver's License Must pass a criminal background check and TB test
