We provide individualized services in clinic, home, and community settings. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team. Our RBTs and BTs work directly with children to build meaningful skills, increase independence, and support progress through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs Collect and accurately document data on client progress, behaviors, and treatment goals Implement skill-acquisition programs targeting areas such as communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and daily living skills Use reinforcement and behavior-reduction strategies according to each client's treatment plan Support clients during clinic, home, and community-based activities as assigned Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and families Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients Follow company policies, ethical standards, and client confidentiality requirements Qualifications & Experience Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention strategies Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Patient, compassionate, and comfortable working with children with varying behavioral and developmental needs Ability to accurately collect and document client data Must be 18 years or older Must have a Highschool Diploma or equivalent We are looking for team members who are passionate about helping children grow while continuing to develop their own skills within the field of ABA.
