About Us Little Hope ABA INC. is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based behavioral therapy and compassionate care. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. Our team is passionate, collaborative, and committed to helping every client reach their fullest potential. Position Summary We are seeking a Behavioral Technician (also known as a Registered Behavior Technician - RBT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as designed by the BCBA. Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and program outcomes. Use positive reinforcement and other ABA techniques to encourage desired behaviors. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions. Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions. Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred). Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions, take feedback, and work as part of a team. Must pass a background check. Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling ( part-time options available.
Competitive hourly pay:
$27-$35 / hour, based on experience and certification.Benefits may include:
