ASAP - April 1, 2027 We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Paramount, CA area. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes and support student success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional with strong assessment, consultation, and behavior intervention experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs). Observe, consult with, and support staff in the development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans for students, including students with exceptional needs. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations regarding behavioral goals, supports, and services. Provide related services and consultation services in accordance with students' IEPs. Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data to guide intervention decisions. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements. Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational teams. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university. Previous school-based experience. Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder and other exceptional learning needs. Familiarity with special education services and the IEP process. Benefits Competitive weekly pay.
