ProCare Therapy ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide maternity leave coverage for a school district in Patterson, CA. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity supporting students in grades 7-12 across two school sites. Position Overview The BCBA will work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, administrators, and special education teams to provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services throughout the school setting. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide behavioral consultation and support to students and staff Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations Collect and analyze behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Provide staff training and behavioral support as needed Participate in IEP and special education meetings Support students across grades 7-12 Provide services across two school sites Maintain accurate documentation and progress records Position Details BCBA position Grades 7-12 Two school sites Full-time On-site Maternity leave coverage Assignment runs through the end of the calendar year Contract position through ProCare Therapy Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Current BCBA certification School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Apply Today Email your resume to: matthew.moore@procaretherapy.
