This position is designed for professionals who are passionate about behavior intervention, enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and thrive in school environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred Experience as an RBT, Paraprofessional, or Behavior Specialist in educational settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to dynamic classroom environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Collaborate with educators and specialists to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect data on student progress and report findings to supervisory staff Monitor classroom behaviors, reinforce positive behaviors, and provide redirection as needed Maintain a positive, supportive environment conducive to learning and growth Participate in team meetings and professional development activities This contract position gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while expanding your own skills.
