Position Details Salary Range:

$108,000- $115,000 per year plus sign on bonus|Small Caseload |Flexible Schedule The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work within the EBSH completing assessments, writing personalized Behavior Support Plans, and training and mentoring the support team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Merakey team to support all individual behavior support service needs
  • Conduct training related to the behavior support services for the participant, family members, and staff
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Development and maintenance of Behavior Support Plans (BSP)

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Behavior Analyst

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Proficiency in creating personalized Behavioral Support Plans
