Your role Implement an individualized behavior intervention plan under BCBA supervision, honoring the client's choices, pace, and right to say no. Build a trusting relationship and engage him on his own terms. Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior change. Teach ADLs, executive functioning, self-management, and communication using sensory-informed, neuro-affirming strategies. Foster self-determination and meaningful community participation in home and community settings. Join team meetings and trainings. Requirements RBT certification 2+ years working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Knowledge of ABA principles, applied compassionately and neuro-affirming Excellent communication, judgment, patience, and professionalism Background check, reliable transportation, valid driver's license Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience considered) Experience with AAC users or physical disabilities Benefits Paid training, paid sick time, professional development; full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA, 401k) for 30+ hrs/week.
