r43060-94061 Job Description BCBA High School & Post-Secondary Program Redwood City, CA | 30 Hours/Week | ASAPJune 3, 2027 We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide behavioral support to students in a high school and post-secondary setting in Redwood City, California. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working with older students and young adults and wants to make a meaningful impact as they prepare for life beyond high school.

Post-Secondary Sites:

23 locations Responsibilities Provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other members of the educational team Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations Support students with behavioral, social, emotional, and functional needs Help students develop skills that promote independence and success in school and post-secondary settings Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the educational team Qualifications Active BCBA certification Experience working with school-aged students preferred Experience with high school and/or post-secondary populations is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently across multiple school sites Why This Opportunity?
