30 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking a School-Based BCBA to support students across high school and post-secondary programming during the 20262027 school year. This is an onsite opportunity working across 23 school sites and supporting students in grades 912+ , including post-secondary programming. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring behavior plans, and collaborating with school teams to support student success. Schedule 30 hours per week Daily schedule will be either: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM , or 8:15 AM 3:45 PM Schedule includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch Job Responsibilities Provide school-based behavioral consultation and support Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress Complete approximately 1015 FBAs/BIPs per school year on average Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Provide staff consultation and behavioral support as needed Maintain accurate documentation and student records Support students transitioning into post-secondary programming Position Highlights ASAP June 3, 2027 30 hours per week Supports grades 912+ and post-secondary students Services provided across 23 sites No overdue FBAs or BIPs at this time Approximately 1015 FBAs/BIPs expected throughout the school year RBT supervision is not currently required , though this may become a responsibility in the future Compensation $60$70 per hour , depending on district budget and candidate skills and experience. Eligible candidates may also have access to benefits and travel assignment options , including stipends for qualifying temporary relocations. Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Appropriate California credentialing/licensure as required School-based experience preferred Strong behavioral assessment, data collection, and intervention-planning skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Interested in learning more?
