9587098-92503 Job Description Put your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to use in a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students across multiple school sites near Riverside, CA. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to collaborate with educational teams and impact students' lives while traveling between assigned school locations (with travel time compensated). Flexibility and experience in educational settings are key, as you'll be instrumental in conducting functional behavior assessments, leading 1:1 behavioral assessments, and offering ongoing consultation.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current BCBA certification required. Prior experience working in schools strongly preferred. Demonstrated flexibility in supporting a range of ages and needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Valid drivers license and openness to travel between sites (compensated).

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver onsite behavioral support and interventions across multiple school campuses. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and complete thorough 1:1 student assessments. Provide ongoing behavior consultations to school teams and staff, ensuring evidence-based practices. Collaborate with educators to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate outcomes clearly to multidisciplinary teams. Adjust service approaches based on client needs, school culture, and student diversity.
