ABOUT EVERHAVEN
EverHaven Integrated Services is a BCBA-owned ABA therapy practice serving children with autism and their families in Roseville/Rocklin and surrounding cities. We provide individualized, home- and community-based services — and our BTs are the core of what we do.ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. We match BTs to caseloads based on experience and skill level. It's something we do intentionally — to reduce burnout, support your growth, and make sure clients are set up for real progress.RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans using evidence-based ABA techniques Collect and record accurate session data Attend regular supervision meetings and collaborate with your BCBA Communicate with clients and families in a professional, supportive manner Maintain HIPAA compliance and BACB ethical standardsQUALIFICATIONS
Active RBT certification required High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience working with children with ASD preferred Reliable transportation within Santa Clara County Background check required; CPR/First Aid required or willing to obtain BCaBA or BCBA certification is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER
