BCBA Weekly Hours:

2 hours per week

In-person RBT Schedule:

Mon-Fri 10am-2pm Services needed: Direct Supervision of RBT; coordination with the students' school team as needed/requested

Who We're Looking For Are you a passionate and dedicated behavior analyst with a commitment to improving the lives of children? We're seeking a skilled professional who utilizes evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support students in our district. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities Provide Direct Supervision to the assigned RBT for 2 hours per week; Occasionally collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs. Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies as requested. Analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
