In this vital role, you will oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your leadership will ensure that clients receive high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations such as HIPAA and medical documentation standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve by providing structured supervision, guidance, and support to our team of behavior technicians and clinicians. Duties Supervise and support behavior technicians in delivering ABA therapy aligned with individualized treatment plans. Conduct patient assessments and participate in intake processes to develop tailored intervention strategies. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments. Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff on behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, and data collection methods. Assist in coordinating patient care activities, including behavioral health interventions and patient evaluation procedures. Sub for direct therapy sessions when needed. Experience Minimal of 2 years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly within applied behavior analysis settings. Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection, and patient assessment processes. Knowledge of medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical or educational environment preferred. Familiarity with special education practices and diagnostic evaluation procedures related to autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and healthcare providers. Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience implementing ABA or behavioral intervention programs. Enrolled in a BCBA/BCaBA coursework program or active BCaBA certification. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Able to pass a Live Scan background check, Physical (within 12 months), and TB test (within 90 days). CPR and First Aid certification. Bilingual is a plus.
