•DOE Contract About Applied ABC Applied ABC is a leading provider of behavioral health services dedicated to supporting children with diverse learning needs. We offer tailored interventions, a team of experienced professionals, and flexible support options to help schools enhance their educational programs. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA. Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy. Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class. Collect and record data on client progress. Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred). Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in an educational setting.
