Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification is required Previous experience working in K-5 or elementary school settings is preferred Ability to travel between three school sites during the week Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with school staff, students, and families Dedication to delivering in-person services (virtual work is not an option for this position)

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct support to students and consultative guidance to staff and families Train teachers and paraprofessionals to implement evidence-based interventions Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support IEP development and implementation Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements As a valued professional, you'll work 40 hours each week and enjoy a pay range of $55-$60 per hour, based on experience.
