Its cloud-based platform combines IoT, data analytics, and digital tools to provide real-time visibility across the supply chain—from cooling and storage to transportation and delivery. Our client helps organizations improve operational efficiency, product quality, traceability, sustainability, and decision-making while reducing waste and streamlining traditionally paper-based processes. The company serves industries including produce, food, pharmaceuticals, floral, and healthcare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the company's U.S. and international revenue growth strategy.

Establish target markets, priority accounts, revenue objectives, pipeline requirements, and sales metrics.

Personally lead major strategic opportunities and high-value enterprise sales.

Establish relationships with CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, Chief Quality Officers, and other senior decision-makers.

Leverage an established network across agriculture and the perishable food supply chain.

Open relationships with major growers, producers, shippers, processors, distributors, retailers, food service organizations, and other strategic industry participants.

Expand the company's presence and revenue within existing strategic customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience and accomplishments.

15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership.

Significant experience selling to the agriculture, fresh produce, food, food processing, distribution, retail, food service, cold chain, logistics, or related industries.

Experience establishing effective enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales teams.

Strong understanding of enterprise procurement, negotiations, and complex decision-making processes.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the U.S. and internationally.
