What You Bring:
Active BCBA certification Previous experience supporting students in a school or educational setting Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt strategies to meet varied student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior supports Provide ongoing training and consultation for school personnel Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students with diverse needs
