Hope For Ohana is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, developing treatment plans, developing individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention goals, conducting 1:1 direct therapy with clients, collecting data, and training caregivers.Company Website:

- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Additional Information:
Starting compensation will range $115,000- 120,000 based on experience.
