$30-35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications About the Position We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in San Jose, CA. The RBT will work directly with children and/or young adults to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and their families while developing your skills in the field of behavioral health. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision. Collect accurate data during therapy sessions. Help clients develop communication, social, academic, daily-living, and coping skills. Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families. Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concerns. Maintain accurate and timely session documentation. Follow all company policies, ethical standards, and RBT requirements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred/required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is a plus. Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or in behavioral health is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working as part of a team. Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and collect data accurately. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet applicable employment requirements.
