Job Description

•SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified candidates•ABA with heart - that's what Reach Therapy delivers to each and every one of the families that we work with. Reach Therapy is a small, in-home ABA therapy provider for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders. We are seeking the newest addition to our small team here in North County San Diego. You will have a direct role in the day-to-day delivery of ABA therapy services! We are seeking someone who is reliable, organized and willing to have fun while helping to change the lives of the children and families we work with. Must be available to work afternoons Monday-Friday. We are open to full- and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay! DUTIES and

REQUIREMENTS

Provide 1:1 instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other behavioral disorders Travel to the client's home, school, or community location to provide sessions. Collect, and evaluate data on each client's progress using company iPad/Tablet Attend trainings, and team meetings as required

REQUIRED

Enthusiasm and passion for working with children and individuals with special-needs Minimum of 18 hours per week availability between 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Must have afternoon availability High School Diploma (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, proof of auto registration and insurance. Must pass

DOJ & FBI

background check and TB test. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or completion within 1 week of hire.

PREFERRED

Bachelors in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or other related field Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Prior experience with ABA or working with individuals with special needs. Proficiency in spoken Spanish
