What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as anRBT Why BTs Choose Ro Health:
