Responsibilities and Duties:

Attend and conduct all scheduled 1:1 ABA sessions and training Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols during sessions. Enter data on a daily basis on skills acquisition Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled. Create monthly session plans Assist with assessments, program materials, or other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School diploma or GED A.A. or B.A. in Psychology, Sociology, or other related field Minimum of six months working with children - special needs experience preferred, but not required RBT or BCAT certified; or be able to attend training to become certified Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results and up-to-date immunization records Valid California Driver's license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds Ability to clear
