Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification Valid California licensure or credentials as required Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students with varied needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide hands-on consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and families Collect, analyze, and interpret student behavioral data to inform decision making Foster positive behavioral change and developmental growth through expert guidance This opportunity places you in a supportive, school-based setting where teamwork and professional expertise are celebrated.
