Secondary & Post-Secondary Education A school program near San Mateo, CA is looking for a qualified BCBA to support students in grades 9-12 and post-secondary programming. The BCBA will work across multiple sites while partnering with educational teams to address behavioral needs and support student success.
Position Details:
ASAP through June 3, 2027 30 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:15 AM-3:45 PM 7-hour workday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Grades 9-12+ and post-secondary Support provided across 2-3 sites Approximately 10-15 FBAs/BIPs expected throughout the school year No current backlog of overdue FBAs or BIPs Behavior assessment and intervention planning Monitor student progress and behavioral data Consult with teachers and school staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide ongoing behavioral support and consultation
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification Experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans School-based experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable supporting secondary and post-secondary students Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple school sites Apply Today!
