Behavior Technician

Responsibilities Apply foundational ABA techniques in daily sessions Use clinical judgment to adjust strategies for best outcomes Support development of communication and replacement behaviors Implement individualized goals and collect data with accuracy Provide caregiver guidance in a supportive and respectful manner Use compassionate approaches to de-escalate behaviors Collaborate and communicate regularly with your team Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in psychology, child development, education, or related field OR 2 years of undergraduate coursework in these areas Experience working with individuals of various ages and abilities Comfortable driving within at least a 15-mile radius Ability to move quickly and engage in physical interventions when needed Preferred Prior ABA experience with neurodiverse individuals RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) Training & Growth Paid training provided RBT certification support Ongoing supervision and mentorship from BCBAs Clear career progression and professional development support Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick time Mileage reimbursement & paid drive time Continuing education and professional development support Apply today to take the next step in your ABA career!
