You'll implement behavior intervention strategies, track progress through data collection, and collaborate with families and a clinical team to support each child's development. The role is active and engaging, typically involving in-home sessions during afternoons/evenings. No prior ABA experience is required, paid training and ongoing supervision are provided. Within 90 days, you'll be supported in earning your National certification. Overall, it's a part-time, entry-level clinical role focused on meaningful behavior change, skill development, and improving quality of life for children and families.

Bonus Schedule:

Primarily weekday afternoons/evenings (3:30pm-8:00pm); some weekend availability preferred

Setting:

Mostly in-home services, with some center-based sessions depending on client needs

Certification Requirement:

All Behavior Technicians are required to pass the BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam by the end of their 90-day probationary period .
