Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

United Behavior Consultants is growing and we are seeking caring and professional individuals to join our team. We provide quality ABA therapy that focuses on the client's needs first. We base our clinical decisions on what is best for the client's improved function of their daily life. UBC's mission is to Educate and Empower individuals and families so that they improve their Quality of Life . We are committed to a high standard of services by hiring highly qualified staff that wants to make a difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve. This is a part-time 15-20 hours a week (90-day provisional period). Potential of growing into full-time status. UBC does require afternoon availability for all staff.

We have three options:

Successful and growing practice Management team committed to your success Casual and professional work environment Competent and caring people to work with Flexible scheduling Ongoing training and professional development Tuition Discount through National University Competitive pay ($17-$25 an hour) Paid Training (Monthly) Vacation accrual 401K Plan Paid drive-time and mileage in between clients' homes Position competencies to set goals to grow within UBC Supervision provided for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and to qualify to sit for the BCBA exam On-going high-quality trainings to develop clinical skills Job Description Provide Direct ABA services to clients (2 yrs-21 yrs.) with Autism and related developmental disorders in the home, school, community, and social skills settings Implement ABA strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and teach appropriate replacement skills Implement ABA strategies to improve communication, adaptive, safety, and social skills. Provide parent training to families based on the individualized program developed by the supervisor Collect reliable data based on the individualized program developed by the supervisor Attend and participate in monthly clinic meetings Must be able to work afternoons (330 pm and on minimum 3 weekdays) (15 hours or more) Weekend hours are available Qualifications Experience providing Direct ABA in the home, school, and/or community setting (minimum 6 months experience) Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Communicative Disorders, ABA or related field Registered Behavior Technician or willing to obtain Reliable transportation- you will be driving to client's homes Pass criminal background check and provide
