Competitive Salary + Benefits Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a bespoke, independently owned ABA organization in Santa Monica, California, to recruit a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit clinical team that prioritizes quality care over high-volume caseloads. The organization currently supports around 20 clients, allowing for a collaborative approach to case management and ensuring every child receives individualized, evidence-based support. The role is based primarily within a school setting, working with children aged 3-12 years old. You'll collaborate closely with a team of experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), educators, and families to deliver meaningful outcomes while enjoying a structured workday with excellent work-life balance. With typical working hours of 8:00 AM

• 3:00 PM and an expectation of approximately 25-30 billable hours per week, this position offers a sustainable workload in a supportive and clinician-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and make data-driven programming adjustments Deliver parent, caregiver, and school staff training where appropriate Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and California state regulations Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field California licensure/certification (where applicable) Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous but not essential Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Why Join?
