Job Description

We're seeking dedicated and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our expanding team. What You'll Do Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy using naturalistic and play-based methods. Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Use daily routines, toys, and reinforcement to teach communication, daily living, and social-emotional skills. Collect, track, and report data to monitor client progress. Collaborate with caregivers and clinicians to support continuity of care. Provide family education and support around behavior management strategies. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 years of ABA experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. RBT certification preferred, or willingness to complete. Must have afternoon availability, preferably 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Comfortable using technology, including iPads and clinical software. Physical ability to engage in play-based activities. Open to feedback, teamwork, and continued learning.
