What You'll Do Provide direct support across CABA service lines, including Specialized Behavior Services and our Adaptive Skills Program Mentor, train, and support BTs and junior clinical staff Observe sessions, assess performance, and give real feedback that makes people better Support BCBAs with assessments, data graphing, report writing, and client intake Collect treatment fidelity and interobserver agreement data Serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and frontline staff Conduct RBT evaluations and ongoing training Write incident reports and progress notes per CABA and funding source standards Model the clinical and professional standards CABA is known for Where This Role Can Take You Senior BT at CABA is a deliberate step on a path toward BCBA and beyond. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Active RBT certification required 3 or more years of experience with individuals with severe challenging behavior Experience working with adults and adolescents with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses CPR and CPI certification required. We'll support you in getting certified if needed Valid California driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance Must pass TB clearance and FBI/DOJ background check Three professional and two personal references Physical Requirements This is active, hands-on work. You should be comfortable sitting on the floor, moving quickly, and providing physical support to clients when needed.
