Job Description
Job Description Genesis Behavior Center, Inc. seeking to fill the position of a Behavior Consultant. Responsible for assessment and development of individualized programs for each child. Analyzes data and troubleshoots lessons not progressing as desired. Evaluates and adjusts goals and objectives as necessary. Tracks and guides generalization of skills and progression of lessons. Writes and presents reports for parents and funding sources. Attends weekly/monthly meetings with each child's team of parents and Behavior Therapists, Behavior Consultant, and Clinical Supervisor as well as direct consultation to parents and teachers. Works directly with representatives from the regional center and/or school districts/SELPAs. This position is part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. Applicant must be able to travel within the Stockton area. This is a position working in the clients home in the Stockton area and in the Genesis clinic located in 81 West March Lane Stockton CA.
