Type:
full-time Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).Develop and maintain Individual Behavior Supports Plans (IBSPs), Individualized Emergency Intervention Plans (IEIPs), and related behavioral protocols.
Review behavioral data and individual progress and make recommendations based on clinical findings.
Provide direct behavioral assessment, intervention, and observation services.
Train and coach DSPs, Lead DSPs, and RBTs in implementation of behavioral plans and positive behavior supports.
Provide RBT supervision when assigned.
Participate in monthly Individual Behavior Supports Team (IBST) meetings and other clinically necessary meetings.
Conduct fidelity, competency, and data-quality reviews.
Participate in significant incident and behavioral debriefing when clinically indicated.
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to support consistent implementation of behavioral services.
Clinical Systems & DocumentationWhite Lane utilizes Rethink Behavioral Health (RethinkBH) for behavioral programming, data collection, clinical review, and related documentation.
Consulting hours are documented through Gusto, with a clear description of the professional activity performed.
Additional clinical, documentation, timekeeping, performance, and service expectations will be outlined in the QBMP Consulting Agreement.
Minimum QualificationsCurrent BCBA certification in good standing.
At least two years of experience designing, supervising, and implementing behavioral services.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavioral support plans.
Experience training or supervising RBTs and direct-care staff.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to provide services in person at White Lane EBSH in Stockton.
Preferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is preferred:
Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH).Adult residential or group-home settings.
California Regional Center services.
Individuals with complex behavioral or mental-health needs.
Title 17 and Title 22 requirements.
Rethink Behavioral Health.
Trauma-informed care and positive behavior supports.
