Behavior Technician / Behavioral Health Technician

  • Additional pay for ABA experience, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), higher degrees, and RBT certification. What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention
  • to children in home, school, and community settings.
  • Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
  • Collect and record behavioral data using company tools and technology.
  • Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to implement treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Training & Development
  • 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including hands-on shadowing).
  • Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision from clinical leaders.
  • Fully supported RBT certification process.
  • Ongoing professional development and leadership pathways. Schedule & Locations
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Thousand Oaks and the surrounding areas.
  • Typical schedules include school-day hours (8am-3pm) and/or weekday afternoons (2-7pm).
  • Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass background check.
