Key Responsibilities:

Engage with and cultivate leads from our Zillow Flex lead system. Coordinate and conduct home showings and property inspections. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the most advantageous price under the best terms. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors. Remain updated about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:

Ability to work autonomously paired with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Quick thinker with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
