Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Empower students and staff by bringing your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to an educational setting. As a valued behavior specialist, your analytical skills and passion for positive change will help shape a supportive learning environment. Work collaboratively to design meaningful interventions, conduct assessments, and provide crucial guidance for both students and educators.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required Proven experience working in school-based or pediatric settings Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning experiences
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven intervention plans Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff regarding behavioral strategies Design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students' behavioral needs Train and coach paraprofessionals and staff in the implementation of ABA methodologies Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse learners Advocate for evidence-based behavioral supports within the school community This contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while expanding your clinical and educational skills.
