9674177-95376 Job Description Step into a rewarding role supporting students in a district-wide program as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity offers the chance to make lasting impacts for learners from kindergarten through age 22, working collaboratively in a vibrant educational community near Tracy, CA. In this position, you'll be an integral part of a team that serves a diverse caseload, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet student needs. The contract spans the 2026-2027 school year, with flexibility to work between 16 and 40 hours weekly, scheduled over 2 to 5 daysmaking it ideal for professionals seeking variety in their workweek.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavior intervention plans. Oversee and provide consultation for a district-wide caseload. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes. Provide training to school staff on behavior strategies and data collection. Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Accredited BCBA license through the BACB is required. Schools experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
