Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Experience implementing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans in a school or clinical environment Strong understanding of data collection and interpretation Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, staff, and families Ability to provide training and guidance to school personnel Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
Assess students to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to implement behavioral strategies in classrooms Monitor and analyze data to evaluate students progress and adjust interventions as needed Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff and families regarding behavioral interventions and best practices Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical guidelines Participate in team meetings and IEP process when required This contract position is based near Tracy, CA, offering the satisfaction of working directly with school-aged children and collaborating with a diverse team of educators and professionals.
