Tustin, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $26 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications RBT Certification Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities High school diploma or GED Driver's License Experience working with children Full Job Description LightPath Behavioral Solutions is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This is an entry-level friendly position. No prior ABA experience is required, although previous experience in ABA or working with children is preferred. Training and ongoing clinical supervision will be provided. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, daily living, and other developmental skills Collect accurate data during sessions Implement behavior intervention strategies Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers and supervisors Attend supervision and training sessions Complete session notes and required documentation on time Maintain professional and ethical standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required Previous ABA or Behavior Technician experience is preferred RBT certification is a plus but not required Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and auto insurance Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently Ability to travel to client homes throughout the assigned service area Must successfully complete all required background and employment screenings What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling BCBA supervision and clinical support Opportunities to gain hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and growing clinical team This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates, college students, recent graduates, and experienced Behavior Technicians interested in psychology, child development, education, behavioral health, social work, or pursuing a future career in ABA.
