Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Central Valley team in supporting our district's after-school behavioral services. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring school staff, and developing effective behavior support systems across multiple school sites. In this role, you will provide behavioral support/supervision for RBTs, while partnering closely with site supervisors and fellow BCBAs to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral programming. A major focus of this position will be coaching and supporting school RBTs and supervisors by implementing effective behavior intervention strategies, strengthening classroom procedures, and developing sustainable systems that promote student success. If you are passionate about building staff capacity, collaborating with a supportive team, and making a meaningful impact in school-based behavioral services, this is an excellent opportunity.
